It is important to keep your body hydrated. In order to remain hydrated ,you should drink fluids and eat foods rich in water content. Sometimes your body may lose water quite usual.This can be caused by some physical activities, excessive sweating, diarrhea, vomiting, diabetes and frequent urination. This causes an electrolyte imbalance in your body, resulting in dehydration and making it difficult for your body to function at its best.
